Baby J's vitals
Storme'n intomorrow we leave for Guatemala!! will be with baby J Friday morning! woo hoo...just got word today about her last dr. appointment. she was seen on August 14 and weighed in at 6lb 5oz, measuring 52 cm (20.5 in). In just one month she has gained 1 lb 5 oz and grown 5 cm! Some of you know that we have been fairly frustrated with the lack of communication from the social worker regarding the dossier, etc...well, we have finally gotten more communication over the last few days. Come to find out, i need 2 more letters for the dossier to be notarized and authenticated in Kansas. So, that is holding up the process...sigh. as hard as it was to hear, it is so good to know what is going on! keep checking back for pictures and news...we will definitely keep you informed over the next several days. thanks for all your support and love!

Storme'n inall is confirmed for our trip to Guatemala. we even called the hotel early to be sure our favorite guy would be picking us up from the airport. so expect news and new pictures over the holiday weekend!!!

Storme'n inwe're now waiting to get tickets to head to Guatemala for the laborday weekend. I am so lucky to have a job that I love and that is sooo flexible I can do mostly as I please. My mind is busy with things to do before j comes but all I want is to have her here now. Almost feels like life is on hold while I wait. Anthony called today, miss him so much; we talked about his spending time with us here when j arrives. Hoping the family ca be all together this Christmas, continue to join us in thoughts and prayers that we can make it happen. We hear so many stories of families waiting and waiting. I still feel very optimistic but don't want to be too invested in time. Thanks as always for love, support and prayers.
